- Won 3 greenfield ISTS projects, through the TBCB mechanism with an estimated capex outlay of ~INR 13.5 billion.
- Won 2 greenfield BESS projects, through the TBCB mechanism, for installation of 430 MW / 860 MWh of capacity.
- Raised equity of ~INR 695 crores through a preferential issuance.
- Signed definitive agreements with British International Investment (BII) and Norfund to set-up EnerGrid – a USD 300 million infrastructure development platform focused on the greenfield transmission and BESS opportunities in India.
